Chief Executive Officer
Felix Aremo possesses nearly two decades of experience in financial advisory, banking, academia, and business consulting. Notably, he held the General Manager and Chief Risk Officer positions at Ecobank Nigeria Limited. A chartered accountant and an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, where he graduated with honours in accounting. Felix is also a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and holds associate membership in the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria along with membership in the Nigerian Financial Reporting Council.
Additionally, Felix Aremo’s professional journey includes completing programs at prestigious institutions such as Obafemi Awolowo University – 1994, Lagos Business School – 2004, Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, London – 2014, and the University of Lagos, Akoka – 2016. His educational attainment includes an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master’s in risk management from the University of Lagos.
Prior to Fablink Energy Group, Felix made significant contributions as the pioneer Chief Financial Officer of QSL and Tetracore Energy Limited, showcasing his expertise and leadership in positioning these entities as formidable global competitors.
Chief Finance Officer
Prior to joining Fablink Energy Resources Group, Dominic was the Chief Finance Officer, CFO of Mallinson & Partners Group, with responsibility for all the Nigeria and foreign subsidiaries. He oversees the financial activities of the Group including the preparation of current financial reports and summaries as well as creating forecast for future growth. He works with the Group Managing Director and other Management Executives to co-ordinate, plan and establish priorities for the planning process. He is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Idah, and an Associate member of the following professional accounting and non-accounting bodies:
He has over 30 years of active professional practice experience spanning various sectors of the economy. He started his career with Messrs Anthony Chikwendu and Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Jos in 1988, rising to the position of an Audit Manager. He then moved on to become the Accountant of Crown Realties Plc, a major real estate company in Lagos; Dominic also functioned as the Nigerian Accountant of VF Global Services Limited Lagos, a multinational organization engaged in handling Visa application logistics for various Embassies.
He later moved to XL Africa Group where he worked from 2008 to 2021, serving as the Financial Controller of the group from 2010 to 2021.
He has attended various international and local conferences,short courses, seminars and is happily married with children.
Dominic is responsible for building the financial architecture for Fablink Energy Group that will position the organization to complete effectively within the global energy space.
Company Secretary
Chinedu Kenneth Aghuta obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Enugu State University of Technology and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in June 2001.
He started his career during the National Service year as a Trainee Associate with Ayanka & C, Barristers & Solicitors (Benin) from 2001 to 2002. In 2002 Chinedu joined the law firm of Milton Paul Ohwovoriole (SAN) & Co. as a Junior Associate from where he joined the corporate law firm of Chris Okunowo & Co. and finally Karibi-Whyte & Co. as a Senior Associate.
Chinedu has extensive litigation skills having handled cases from their inception to logical conclusion. He also has corporate law practice experience gathered during his working years with Chris Okunowo & Co. and Karibi-Whyte & Co.
Chris Okunowo& Co. was instrumental in the successful mergers and takeovers that followed the directives of CBN and NAICOM to banks and insurance companies in the years 2006 and 2007 respectively to recapitalise.
Chinedu is now the Company Secretary of Fablink Energy Group where he is bringing his experience to bear particularly in the areas of drafting complex commercial agreements and in providing company secretarial services.
Gas Consultant
Olubunmi Ajayi is a highly experienced Gas Engineering and Distribution specialist with over 25 years of progressive experience in Nigeria’s natural gas sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management, and a Master’s degree in Gas Engineering, combining technical expertise with strong commercial acumen.
Throughout his career, Ajayi has demonstrated exceptional leadership in gas distribution infrastructure development, pipeline construction, and CNG plant operations. As a Gas Consultant and Head of Projects for multiple distribution franchises including Nispo Gas Limited, Fradro Gas Limited, Shefa Engineering Limited, and Aegon Gas Distribution Limited, he has successfully overseen the implementation of major gas infrastructure projects across various Nigerian states including Lagos, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, and Anambra.
In his current role as Managing Partner at Gasline Consults Limited (since 2013), he provides comprehensive advisory services in gas transmission, distribution, regulation, and power generation. His expertise extends to due diligence studies, gas audits, and strategic business development in the natural gas sector.
Prior to his consulting work, Ajayi held senior positions at prominent companies including Falcon Petroleum Limited and Negris Holdings Limited, where he managed commercial operations, engineering services, and government relations. His early career experience at companies like Saipem Contracting Nigeria Limited and Shell Petroleum Development Company provided him with a strong foundation in project development and technical operations.
Group Head, Human Resources/Administration
Amaka is a dynamic and results-driven HR, a professional with years of experience in the manufacturing and banking industries including multinational corporations. Amaka is on board with her wealth of experience to build a world class architecture for talent management and corporate services at fablink Energy resources limited. Managing organizational development, and employee engagement, with a keen focus on fostering a productive and thriving workspace.
Before joining Fabink Energy Resources limited, Nelson played a key role in shaping HR strategies, optimizing internal processes, and enhancing employee experience in her previous roles. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving workplace efficiency, and creating an environment that supports innovation and collaboration.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Port Harcourt and is currently pursuing certification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) to further deepen her expertise in professional HR practices.
